In an effort to answer the questions and meet the needs of Coastal Credit Union members, today, the credit union announced the launch of a brand new website.
The new COASTAL24.com offers a modern, easy to read, fresh look to finding information, all easily accessible via any device Coastal members use to access the site. Beyond links to Coastal’s products and services, visitors can search for a variety of topics in multiple ways, including through these new features:
“Our members today are looking for answers online even before they connect with one of our representatives,” says Brandon McAdams, Vice President Marketing and Product Development. “Our redesigned website provides them with the tools they need to seek those answers while matching them with the products or services that may best meet their specific need at the time of search.”
With a project as big as this and the desire to ensure Coastal met the needs of its members, the credit union embarked on an extensive amount of research. Coastal reviewed call center and site search data, conducted member and consumer research with partner Filene Research Institute as well as participated in member focus groups, all to determine member needs and user preferences. The credit union then partnered with ZAG Interactive to design and build the site.
